The Everyday plan is built on our Neighbors & Crops program—a direct collaboration with the families of La Amistad, the growers who have worked alongside us for more than a decade. Our teams work alongside these neighbors, selecting only the ripest cherries to ensure a cup that's clean, sweet, and reliably satisfying.
We study each lot intimately—its terroir, density, and organoleptic potential—to design roast curves that reveal its best expression. Using our Stronghold S8X, we calibrate every variable to deliver balance and complexity in every bag. This is specialty coffee designed for your daily ritual.
What a subscription gives you
Early access. Subscribers see each new lot seven days before the shop does, and a few lots a year never reach the shop at all. When a harvest gives us something unusual, you hear about it first and you decide first.
That is the whole benefit, and it is deliberate: the benefit is access, not a discount. We would rather give you the coffee before anyone else than take a few dollars off the same bag everyone can buy.

How fresh is the coffee?
We roast at origin and ship via express air freight immediately after resting. Your coffee is typically roasted within days of dispatch—fresher than conventional supply chains.
Can I choose my roast level?
Each lot is profiled according to its specific terroir, density, and organoleptic characteristics. We design each curve to maximize sweetness and balance—ideal for daily enjoyment across brewing methods.
