Collection: Exotic Blends

Two roasted blends that bring together the best of our own harvest and the best lots from the families of La Amistad, our collaborative coffee program. Everything is fermented and dried in our wet mill and roasted where the coffee grows, so each roast is built on our own process records.

Palma Blend, honey process: caramel, milk chocolate, roasted almonds and brown sugar, with body enough to hold through milk. Tucán Blend, natural process: strawberry, passion fruit, tangerine and cocoa nibs, with a light, clean body.

These coffees come from friendships that have carried this project for more than a decade.
