Legendary Series

Our rarest lots: coffees from exceptional seasons and singular varieties, processed through extended lactic fermentations and released in tiny, numbered quantities. These lots represent less than 1% of the farm’s annual production.

One example is a Gesha fermented for 85 hours in cherry plus 24 hours with mucilage, then carefully sun-dried to achieve a velvety texture and vibrant flavors of jasmine, kumquat, and orange blossom.

For those who want to taste what this farm can do when everything aligns.
