Shipping policy
Where we ship. We ship within the United States only, to all 50 states. We are not shipping to other countries yet.
Where your coffee comes from. Our coffee is grown on the farm in Cundinamarca, Colombia, fermented and dried in our own wet mill, and roasted before it leaves the country. It does not cross an ocean as green beans to be roasted somewhere else. Every bag carries its roast date.
What shipping costs.
- Orders under $75: standard shipping, $9.95.
- Orders of $75 or more: free shipping.
- Subscriptions: shipping is included in the price.
How long it takes. We are still measuring the real door-to-door time from the farm to a U.S. address, and we will publish that number here once we have it. Until then we would rather say nothing than promise a date we have not measured.
Tracking. You get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Please check that your address is complete before you order: once a carrier has the package, we cannot redirect it.
If a package goes missing. If tracking stops moving, or your order has not arrived 14 days after the estimated delivery date, write to hello@lapalmayeltucan.com and we will replace it or refund it. You do not need to chase the carrier yourself.
